This position is a highly visible contributor to the growth and success of our organization. This role offers an opportunity to reshape the hiring and talent assessment market place.  The person in this role will be responsible for all aspects of business development and client retention including strategy, and execution of that strategy.  They will be fully supported by all aspects of our organization to position TerraTal for success.  This role is very visible to the Executive Leadership team representing the voice of the market. Job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:Creating a business development plan including both strategy and tactical initiativesDeveloping an evergreen pipline of prospective businessNetworking with potential partners and buildingBuidling key relationships at all leves of our client's organizationAchieving sales goals (Growth and Retention)Informing executive leadership of industry trends and opportunitiesParticipate in marketing strategy planning and deployment iniatives.
