The Role:

As Boutique Manager, you will operate as the General Manager of a brand-new luxury space, shaping every detail of the client journey - from first impression to lasting relationship. I’m looking for a strategic thinker. operational expert and a hospitality visionary.

You’ll:

• Create and deliver a world-class client experience for HNW and UHNWI clients
• Launch and lead a new retail operation from scratch
• Partner with key luxury stakeholders to bring the vision to life
• Drive commercial performance while elevating every touchpoint of the brand experience
• Act as the ultimate brand ambassador, building meaningful relationships with top-tier clients

From overseeing operations and integrating systems, to troubleshooting real-time challenges on the ground - no two days will look the same. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity and relishes ownership.
