This is a key hire, not a backfill.

The role

• Carry out Level 2 and Level 3 HomeBuyer surveys
• Undertake residential valuations for private and lending clients
• Manage your own workload across the North East
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams
• Get involved in growing and developing the service

What they’re looking for

• MRICS or AssocRICS Surveyor
• Experience with HomeBuyer surveys (Level 2 and 3)
• Valuation experience, ideally Registered Valuer is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of the residential market
• Someone proactive who wants more responsibility and progression
