A dynamic consultancy in Newcastle is seeking a Project Manager to help deliver public and private sector projects across the North East. The Project Manager will work on mixed-use, education and leisure developments ranging from £2m to £30m.

This is a great chance for a Project Manager looking to broaden their sector experience and take on greater project responsibility. The Project Manager will join a close-knit team with strong client relationships.

The Project Manager will be responsible for contract administration, budget control, stakeholder management and site monitoring. You will lead projects from early design through to practical completion.

• Relevant degree in construction or project management

• 3+ years in a similar role within consultancy

• Experience with NEC and JCT contracts

• Client-facing and commercially aware

• £47,000 - £55,000
