Want to weld something with a bit more purpose than railings and brackets?

This is hands-on fabrication for engineers who enjoy building proper kit from scratch - not production line monotony. If you can MIG and TIG to a decent standard and want a long-term role where your work actually matters, this could be worth a look.

Here's what you'll be doing:

* MIG and TIG welding of stainless and aluminium components

* Working from engineering drawings to fabricate assemblies

* Using hand tools and machinery to cut, shape and prep

* Final assembly and inspection before shipment

* Working with the team to get projects out the door safely and on time

What's in it for you:

* £18.16 per hour (£36,800 is the rough salary equivalent)

* 39 hours/week with overtime available

* Tools and PPE provided, along with proper training if you want to upskill

* Clean workshop, varied projects, and solid team environment

You'll need:

* MIG and TIG welding experience (ideally on stainless and aluminium)

* The ability to read and work from engineering drawings

* A relevant welding qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship, etc.)

* A full UK driving licence

Experience with CNC equipment, food-grade fabrication or site work is a plus, but not essential.
