1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who have won a considerable sized contract in and around Southampton.
We are currently looking for 3 DEA / Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out EPC / Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout Southampton.
Requirements for this role:
* Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
* HHSRS Experience
* Stock Condition surveying experience
* DEA qualification
* Elmhurst accreditation
This is a 3 month contract contract with the possibility of leading on work
