Job Title: Technical Sales Executive - (Transformers)

39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 4pm with a 30 minute lunch break

Salary
£30,000 - £37,000 dependent on experience

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality transformers serving diverse industries across the UK. With a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry.

They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting their transformer solutions to their clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding their market presence and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Providing technical support to new and existing customers to promote new sales.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure that contracts are fulfilled.
Generating quotations in response to customer enquiries and offering product application advice.
Handling customer enquiries in a proactive and professional manner.
Occasional site visits to meet customers.
About you

Experience of a similar role within the electrical and power generation industry is essential.
Qualifications with an engineering discipline would be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of industries such as electrical wholesale, industrial control panel design and temporary site electrics would be desirable.
A fundamental understanding of electrical applications would be required
A good level of IT literacy to include Word and Excel, with Sage experience an advantage.
Holidays
28 days (including bank holidays) 3 days need to be saved for Christmas/New year shutdown.

Holiday sickness Scheme - if no sick days are taken in the first year, you will gain an extra 3 days holiday the following year. If less than 3 sick says taken, you will gain an extra 2 days holiday the following year
