The Opportunity:

Working as part of the systems support team you will be the initial point of contact for customers and clients for system queries, processes, and reporting issues.

You will provide the first line of support and coordinate the responses, escalating issues where appropriate.

You will maintain accurate records of enquiries and issues reported working with the wider team to ensure successful delivery of services on various projects.

You'll analyse report data and report trends to help analyse frequent issues and devise fixes

You'll try and solve a problem in the first instance and if not ensure it is passed to the right person.

You'll work on bespoke and developmental in-house changes also and use concept evolution.

You'll also help mentor and train staff in the team.

The role is based in Leatherhead  and is Hybrid with 3 days in the office.

Package:

For this position, the company is offering a basic salary in the region of £36k dependant on experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays as well as an excellent pension.

About you:

You will have excellent IT skills and experience in a similar environment. You will be familiar with providing 1st line support for customers and a such be familiar with support team software such as JIRA, MAXIMO, PLANETFM or PLANON

You'll ideally be experienced in concept evolution.

Ideally you will be familiar with ITIL practices, Sharepoint and associated tools. CAFM experience is desirable but not essential.

It is essential that you're able to build collaborative working relationships with colleagues and customers and are comfortable working split shifts across the working day.

This role will suit someone looking to progress their career in IT system support.

This role will see you involved in MOD contracts and as such you must be able to obtain UK security clearance.
