We are looking for a Programmatic Executive (Paid Media) to work for a Marketing Agency in Trafford Park

Hybrid 3 Days Office 2 Remote

Role Purpose

To support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of Programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, and Digital Audio. This role focuses on delivering high-quality

campaign performance and accurate reporting across gambling accounts, while also

supporting PPC and Paid Social activity where required.

The role requires strong attention to detail, confidence with data, and the ability to

communicate results clearly to both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, build, optimise and report on Programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, and Digital Audio platforms.

● Produce weekly and monthly performance reports that are clear, data-driven, and insight-led.

● Confidently present performance updates and recommendations to clients when required.

● Support forecasting, media planning, and budget allocation across Programmatic campaigns.

● Work closely with DSPs and platform partners to optimise performance and unlock new opportunities.

● Proactively research and evaluate new DSPs, inventory sources, and buying opportunities to enhance campaign performance.

● Maintain high standards of tracking, UTMs, and performance measurement.

● Assist with Google Ads campaigns where required.

● Support Paid Social campaigns when needed to ensure cross-channel alignment.

● Pull together client decks and contribute to proposals and strategic presentations.

● Work confidently within spreadsheets and Google Sheets to manage data-heavy reporting.

● React quickly to performance changes while maintaining accuracy and quality control.

● Stay up to date with developments in Programmatic, CTV, Audio, and wider digital buying trends.

Success Measures

● Programmatic campaigns delivered on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding agreed KPIs.

● Weekly and monthly reporting delivered accurately, clearly, and without rework.

● Clients feel confident in performance updates and strategic recommendations.

● Gambling and performance-led accounts show consistent optimisation and improvement.

● High accuracy across tracking, UTMs, and reporting infrastructure.

● New DSPs or inventory opportunities researched and tested where commercially viable.

● Media plans and forecasts are delivered accurately and support account growth.

● Strong cross-channel collaboration with PPC and Paid Social teams.

● Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently during high-pressure periods.

Skills & Attributes

● Hands-on experience with Programmatic campaigns.

● Good working knowledge of major DSPs and buying platforms.

● Solid understanding of GA4, tracking setups, and performance measurement.

● Confident working with spreadsheets and Google Sheets, comfortable handling large datasets.

● Strong reporting skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

● Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting performance to clients.

● Commercially aware, able to identify opportunities to scale and optimise campaigns.

● Adaptable and able to support PPC and Paid Social where required.

● Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

● Proactive, reactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
