Our client is currently seeking an experienced and detail-driven CAD Technician / Draughtsman to join their busy design team in Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who can manage multiple contracts, liaise confidently with customers, and ensure accurate drawings are finalised and signed off.Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts at any one time, ensuring correct drawings are allocated to the appropriate projects.
• Liaise directly with customers to agree general arrangement drawings and resolve any technical queries.
• Ensure drawings are issued accurately and on time to the production team to support manufacture.
• Work closely with the design team on all drawing-related matters and amendments.
• Support the smooth and professional running of the department, undertaking additional duties as required.
• Ensure all drawings meet required technical and quality standards before release.

Package

• Salary of £32,000 - £36,000pm DOE
• 5 Hours a week (Monday – Friday)
• 25 days holiday

Key Experience

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician / Draughtsman.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with experience liaising with customers and internal teams.
• Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Computer literate with a thorough working knowledge of MS Office packages (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience within HVAC, Construction or Mechanical Instillation (Ideal)
