A regulated financial services group is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen financial reporting, enhance controls, and support senior leadership with accurate and timely performance insight. As the organisation continues to evolve, finance plays a critical role in ensuring governance, transparency, and disciplined growth.

This is a broad role offering ownership across reporting, control, and team oversight within a regulated environment.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will oversee month-end reporting, manage financial controls, and support regulatory and statutory obligations. The position requires strong technical accounting capability alongside the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.

• Manage the month-end close process and deliver accurate management accounts

• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls

• Support preparation of statutory accounts and coordinate the external audit process

• Contribute to regulatory reporting requirements within a controlled framework

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

• Monitor cash flow and working capital performance

• Review and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and control

• Manage and develop junior finance team members

• Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified

• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and control mindset

• Confident leading month-end and interacting with auditors

• Commercially aware with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
