Finance Manager - Real Estate - City of London (On-Site) - £75,000 + Benefits

We're hiring a Finance Manager to own the numbers, sharpen performance insight, and lead a small team in a fast-moving, international real estate business.

What you'll do:

• Run the month-end close and deliver crisp, reliable management reporting
• Drive budgeting & forecasting with a commercial edge
• Strengthen controls, improve processes, and raise the bar on reporting quality
• Manage audit and support statutory/compliance requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to turn financial data into clear, actionable insight
• Coach and supervise a small team

What you'll bring:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Solid post-qualification finance experience (reporting, controls, business partnering)
• Demonstrable people supervision experience (at least one person)
• Strong Excel + confidence with finance systems/ERP
• Clear communicator, practical, and improvement-focused
