Bar & Restaurant Manager

Location: Chelsea and Kensington

My Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Launge and Bar Restaurant Manager to join Thier team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the operations of our lobby lounge bar and in-house Cafe, ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences for Thier guests.

Responsibilities:


· Manage daily operations of the lobby lounge bar and in-house Cafe, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.


· Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable guest experiences.


· Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among baristas, bartenders, and serving staff.


· Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety in both bar and cafe areas.


· Develop and execute innovative beverage and food offerings that align with brand standards and guest preferences.


· Ensure compliance with licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices.


· Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.


· Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to achieve financial goals and maintain cost control.


· Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career progression.


· Collaborate with the marketing team to promote bar and cafe offerings and drive revenue.

Requirements:


· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or independent cocktail bar/brasserie setting.


· Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically.


· Strong leadership qualities with a magnetic personality that inspires the team.


· Knowledge of licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices.


· Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.


· Excellent communication and organizational skills.


· High level of integrity and accountability.
