When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Intake Specialist provides our potential clients the ultimate telephone experience. The position requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate to the root of their legal issues.
If that's you, you'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences, and for the right candidate this is a highly rewarding position. This important position involves complete administrative duties related to client intake and retention.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Receive inbound inquirers from potential new clients- Contact all potential new clients coming in from web forms, email and phone calls- Manage referral tracking database, and provide detailed notes regarding potential new clients- Manage scheduling of appointments and consultations with potential new clients- Ensure that every potential new client is properly documented in our contact management system and that the potential client status is properly logged.
