About the Role

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a large-scale production team?

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Operations Manager to take responsibility for driving performance at our busy manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will lead daily production meetings and manage 5-6 direct reports, overseeing a workforce of over 150.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead daily production meetings and ensure alignment on safety, quality, engineering, and manufacturing objectives.

* Manage 5-6 direct reports and oversee a manufacturing workforce of over 150 in manufacturing.

* Optimise manufacturing resources, equipment, and processes to meet daily output goals.

* Set and uphold clear standards for manufacturing supervisors, developing their leadership skills and nurturing future talent.

* Support process improvements that reduce manual work and improve operator productivity.

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing facility.

* Technical background with the ability to understand engineering and maintenance issues.

* Experience running daily manufacturing meetings covering safety, quality, engineering, and production objectives.

* Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage manufacturing teams to achieve optimised production levels.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
