Distribution Analyst
Job Summary for the Distribution Analyst: 
The Distribution Analyst assists the Replenishment Planners and Segment Planners, with the main focus on validating business system continuity (between Requisition, SAP and various executing support functions of logistics and procurement), executing the product replenishments, supporting field orders review process and effectively resolving non-conformance cases related to stock transport orders across the country. 
Roles and Responsibilities of the Distribution Analyst: 
  • Advise central supply chain for the maintenance of missing/incorrect sourcing and/or changes to processing lead times 
  • Assist Segment Planners in reviewing and validating the ‘low value high volume’ Purchase Orders 
  • Raise to the Segment Planners exceptional pending field orders to arbitrate 
  • Assist Segment Planners with other duties as required 
  • Support the Replenishment Planners with stock management 
  • Execute product replenishment following the replenishment tool recommendations, and ensure orders are interfaced to SAP successfully 
  • Take action on Slow Moving initiatives defined by the Replenishment Planner 
  • Effectively follow up until resolving any Non-Conformance case related to supply 
  • Enforce and flag non-conformances with regards to inventory control measures 
  • Assist Replenishment Planners with other duties as required 
 Qualifications and Experience of the Distribution Analyst: 
  • University Degree preferably in Supply Chain or IT, science related discipline. 
  • 3 to 5 years’ experiences in a procurement, supply chain, planning, material management position. 
  • Must be analytical, structured and committed to continuous improvement 
  • Interpersonal skills including: o High collaboration with others 
    • Pro-activity 
    • Effective written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong quality focus with attention to details, and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision 
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP between the different support functions 
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship 
  • Commitment to service quality and process improvement 
  • Ability to demonstrate principled leadership with sound business ethics and consistency with principles, values, and behavior.
