Position Objective:

TheRecruitment Coordinator position is an integral role to support our recruitingprocess. The role will report into the Sr Director, Talent Acquisitionand will be responsible for the requisition assignment and creations of newrequisitions into Taleo, scheduling interviews and booking rooms, schedulingtravel arrangements for applicants interviewing, processing talent assessments(LDW & DDI), creating offer letters and managing the background/drug testprocess for Pall. This person will be partnering closely with our TalentAdvisors (Recruiters) to ensure we are moving applicants through the hiringprocess swiftly and providing the best candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

Role and Duties:

  • Understand and follow the standard work and process.
  • Assist with questions.
  • Management of Visual Management & Escalation Board.
  • Relocation Processing.
  • Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications/ Experience:

  • HS diploma with 4+ years of experience or BA degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and so on).
  • Experience in Taleo & Adobe e-signature.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and great attention to detail.
  • Professional communication both verbal and written.
