The Role:

* Lead and support a small Credit Control team

* Oversee timely debt collection and minimise credit risk

* Produce and analyse aged debt KPIs

* Manage buying group accounts, including EDI invoicing and resolving queries

* Monitor credit reports and approve credit limits

* Liaise with legal agents on escalated accounts

* Be the go-to contact for Sales Representatives

* Collaborate with the business's Credit Insurer to maintain compliance

About You:

* Proven credit control experience, ideally in a supervisory role

* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

* Confident communicator and relationship builder

* Skilled in Excel; Sage 200 experience a plus

* Proactive, decisive, and solutions-focused
