Role: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Wirral

Job: Demolition/New Build of 2 industrial units

Duration Needed: 5 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors and students
• Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications

Days: Monday to Friday 

Hours: 7-4:30

Rate: £250 a day

Certificates Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
