Key Responsibilities:As the Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing all inbound and outbound logistics. Your day-to-day activities will include:
Arranging and overseeing all inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with weight and value limitsCollaborating with the Goods Inwards team to create delivery schedules and manage daily intake capabilitiesPreparing customs clearance instructions and maintaining VAT and duty schedulesCoordinating special courier outbound shipments and liaising with customers for seamless deliveryManaging the showroom appointment calendars to optimise customer experienceReconciling shipment costs with quotes and collaborating with the finance team for accurate cost reportingAddressing queries with shippers and escalating claims as necessaryAssisting with any other ad hoc duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing precious metals marketStrong work ethic with a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceeding expectationsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various departments, suppliers, and service providersWhat We Offer:
