We are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected principal contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality data centre and commercial fit-out projects across the Southeast and other parts of the UK.

With an annual turnover of approximately £90m, the business has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and long-term client partnerships. With a strong pipeline of prestigious schemes and a proven track record of promoting from within, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to take ownership of major projects and lead commercial delivery from start to finish.

You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a flagship Central London fit-out project, ensuring cost control, value optimisation, and contractual compliance. This role offers the autonomy to run your own schemes while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Hybrid Working
The business supports a flexible hybrid working arrangement, allowing up to 2 days per week working from home, with the remaining time spent between the London office and project sites. This provides a strong balance between collaboration, project visibility, and personal flexibility.

Leading procurement, cost planning, and subcontractor management

Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial success

Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with strong MEP project exposure
Proven ability to run projects independently from inception to final account
Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
