Calling all Conveyancing secretaries!

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, professional, and friendly legal firm based in the heart of the beautiful Canterbury.

They are looking to recruit a permanent Conveyancing Secretary to work with this successful and established Conveyancing team. This is a full-time opportunity, and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive firm which boasts a low turnover of staff. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with a full range of secretarial duties including Management of Diary, Inboxes, Meetings, and Legal Documents.

Required experience:

Experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Audio Typing
General correspondence and legal documents
Diary management
Organise meetings and appointments
Dealing with client queries
IT Literate, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel  

My client is hoping to recruit a Conveyancing Secretary with previous experience, therefore a background of working in similar roles previously is necessary.

There are opportunities for development within the company and you will be offered relevant training on systems.

Whilst parking is not available, the organisation is based on all public transport links.
