Empowering Learning are working with a school in the Carlton area (NG4) area who are looking to appoint a year five teacher for the final term of the academic year. The school is a two form entry school and has recently had an OFSTED grade of 'Good'

The school are looking for someone who:

Has previous teaching experience within KS2
Is willing to contribute towards end of year report writing
Can deliver engaging sessions and inspire children
Has excellent classroom control
Possesses strong behaviour management skills
Has a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum The main duties within the role are:

Planning and delivering engaging sessions to a year 5 class
Working cohesively with the other class teacher in the phase
Delegating a classroom TA to work with targeted children
Differentiating sessions to meet a range of needs in the class
