We have a permanent Maintenance Operative (Plumbing) role to join our team supporting multiple sites across Leyland, Chorley, Preston and Blackpool, with a base at Preston Healthport.

• £29,000 per annum (starting salary)
• On call allowance
• Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
• Permanent contract
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing required

Key Responsibilities

This role will deliver a full plumbing maintenance service within NHS Property Services premises, including:

• Completing general plumbing maintenance tasks
• Undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Responding to reactive plumbing repairs as required
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, statutory requirements, and internal procedures
• Working collaboratively with the wider Estates & Facilities team
• General handyman work may also be required

Driving licence is essential.

You will work across the following NHSPS sites:

• Leyland
• Chorley
• Preston (base: Preston Healthport)
• Blackpool
