A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, delivering first-class maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites in the Southeast. With a company van, fuel card, and strong annual leave package, this is a superb role for a skilled engineer seeking a stable, weekday role with autonomy and variety.

Your Role:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple commercial properties

*

Maintain and fault-find systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, small power, and HVAC/mechanical plant

*

Perform general mechanical maintenance across systems such as pumps, motors, pipework, FCUs, and AHUs

*

Ensure compliance with site health & safety procedures and statutory requirements

*

Complete accurate reports and documentation using a handheld device

*

Liaise with site contacts and helpdesk teams to ensure a seamless delivery of service

*

Work independently while also collaborating with the wider engineering and compliance teams

What You'll Need:

*

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations and/or Mechanical Engineering

*

18th Edition (desired for electrical engineers)

*

Experience working in commercial FM environments (offices, retail, healthcare, etc.)

*

Confident in fault finding, reactive repairs, and managing time across multiple sites

*

A full UK driving licence (essential)
