Pioneer People are looking for a Business and Economics Teacher based in Redditch.

You must have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

* Specialism or significant experience in Business, Economics, or a related subject (2+ years' experience)

* Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks

* A passion for making complex concepts accessible, relevant, and engaging

* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and professional growth

Key responsibilities:

* As a Business & Economics Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover various aspects of Business including marketing, finance, management and entrepreneurship.

* Delivering lessons that develop analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and real-world understanding

* Planning and assessing learning in line with curriculum expectations and student progress

* Contributing to the development of schemes of work and departmental initiatives

* Supporting students with coursework, exam preparation, and academic progression

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly welcomed.
