Lead Commercial Pricing Analyst - Software Outsourcing Industry

Radius is seeking a talented Lead commercial Pricing analyst to work for our client on large complex bids within the BPO Software outsourcing sector. Our client is rapidly growing and going through a period of transformation.

* Act as the Pricing lead on complex bid opportunities

* Assist and advise key stakeholders on the structure and development of Pricing/Commercial strategies in order to maximise business profitability across complex multi-faceted commercial propositions spanning multiple revenue streams.

* Use competitor and industry analysis and internal win/loss baselines to develop various commercial / financial alternatives for complex deals.

* Coordinate complex pricing negotiations in line with business principles.

* Develop strong relationships with internal customers and all sales leaders to understand their requirements and help ensure a collaborative working environment across key areas, Sales, Operations, Services etc.


·5+ years Pricing experience - background in price management, analysis, reporting, and customer negotiations

·Experience developing compelling commercial pricing propositions

·Demonstrate knowledge commercial contract issues affecting Software and Managed Operations.

* Demonstrate outsourcing industry knowledge in an IT, Software, Telco OR similar environment.

·Experience of operating in a rapidly changing environment, such as a major corporate reorganisation or start up

·Strong academic record in a challenging program; business undergraduate or masters helpful
