As Senior Children's Residential Support Worker you will be working closely with the Deputy Manager to support your development

What The Post Requires

A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare
At least 1 years supervisory experience with Staff in a Children's Home
NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce
Extensive knowledge around working with children and young people with Challenging Behaviour
