Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor for a well known distribution organisation in Stafford.

This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.

You will be required to work rotating shifts - 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00.

In order to be considered for this role, you will:

* Be able to communicate effectively with your team

* Ensure you display and instil a 'can-do' attitude

* Ensure compliance to SOPs

* Ensure all internal / external KPI's are achieved and reviewed regularly

* Complete 'tool box' talks and set the team for the shift ahead

* Co-ordinate handovers between shifts

* Translate, analyse and deliver customer requirements effectively

* Deliver consistent service levels

* Be responsible for all health and safety

Skills and requirements:

* You must have experience in a similar role

* Have excellent time management skills

* Have strong analytical and numerical skills

* Be an excellent communicator

* Knowledge of health and safety requirements

* Work without direct supervision

* Be comfortable with the use of microsoft packages including Word and Excel

Hours: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (rotating weekly).

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
