SALARY: Up to £17850 per annum + bonus + benefits!

Sales Advisor based in Poole.

Full time permanent position - working 40 hours per week

£17,850per annum, with the potential to earn up to 25% of your salary on a quarterly basis in bonuses!

We are looking for a driven, organised, positive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is always willing to go that extra mile! This role is perfect for someone who is sales driven and customer focused!

This role includes soft sales (Upselling) and inquiry management.
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure that company policies are maintained
* Liaising with customers via phone and email
* Maintain hygienic environment working to guidelines, health and safety regulations
* Upselling products (Boxes, Bubble wrap, Locks etc.) to meet KPI's

To be successful for this role, you will need:
* Confident interacting with customers
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work to targets
* Strong negotiation skills
* Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Essential Experience (Minimum 1 year):
* Customer service experience
* Experience working to KPI's and sales targets

* Bonus scheme with the potential to earn 25% of your salary on a quarterly basis
* 28 days holiday (Goes up with length of service)
