Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in Psychology and Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) Education, tailored to meet a range of learners’ needs.

Teach Psychology at GCSE and/or A-Level, depending on experience and school need.

Plan and deliver PSHE across Key Stages 3 and 4 in line with statutory guidance and school policy.

Promote emotional wellbeing, personal development, and social responsibility among students.

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in both academic and pastoral contexts.

Support whole-school initiatives related to safeguarding, RSE (Relationships & Sex Education), mental health, and citizenship.

Work collaboratively with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and safeguarding leads to ensure a holistic approach to student wellbeing.

Contribute to the development and enrichment of the PSHE and Psychology curriculum.

Participate in school life, including open evenings, parent consultations, and CPD.
