For one of our market leading clients in Utrecht, I'm recruiting for Business Analist GenAI.

As a Business Analist GenAI you are a professional who supports the exploration, validation, and preparation of an AI-enabled use case.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the research, analysis, and validation of the BankerIQ use case;
• Explore and assess solution options, including process impact, risks, and dependencies;
• Perform small technical explorations to understand data availability, system constraints, and integration touchpoints;
• Structure and maintain the necessary documentation for Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Security, and Responsible AI assessments;
• Translate discovery insights into well-structured requirements, process flows, data usage, scenarios, acceptance criteria and a complete handover package for the build team;
• Ensure a clear, structured handover to the team responsible for implementation and realization.

What we are looking for

• The ideal candidate:
• Has a master education in technical (business) study or related field;
• Has 5 years of experience in IT projects;
• Has experience with Data and AI technologies;
• Is strong in analysis, discovery, and concept validation;
• Has experience in requirements definition, process design, and producing high
• quality handover documentation;
• Has broad, technology neutral knowledge of IT environments and integration challenges;
• Has good presentation skills;
• Is communicative, precise, and collaborative, with proven experience working closely with Risk, Compliance, Security, and Architecture stakeholders;
• Is comfortable working in an international context and aligning across time zones;
• Is transparant and is not afraid to provide the team with feedback.
