If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you! We're searching for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils in Wakefield. Whether it's reading groups, 1:1 support, or classroom-wide calm—you bring the skills that help every child thrive.

What you'll be doing:
Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Providing 1:1 or small group interventions
Helping to prep engaging, age-appropriate resources
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Supporting behaviour management and emotional wellbeing

You'll need to have:
✅ A recognised Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Recent experience supporting children in a school or nursery setting
✅ A patient, caring and proactive attitude
✅ The ability to adapt and stay positive—even on the wobbliest of days

Extra sparkle if you've got:
⭐ SEN experience or Thrive training (don't worry if not—Thrive training is FREE with us!)
⭐ Knowledge of phonics or EAL support strategies
⭐ First Aid or Safeguarding certificates
