Job Overview
Prodrive Recruitment are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between various teams. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Due to location candidates will need to have their own transport and be able to temporarily work at an office location near Evesham until the office move has been fully completed

Responsibilities

* Order Processing, from arrival through to delivery and accounts.

* Informing the customer of delivery dates and updates.

* Proforma Payments - Responsible for raising proforma invoices, arranging payments via WorldPay.

* Ensure a suitable filing system is in place so that orders are stored in the correct location.

* Document key information regarding materials and communicate with team.

* Liaise with logistics partners to facilitate deliveries.

* Make management and sales staff aware of any issues or problems regarding deliveries.

* PODs - Assist Accounts when required.

* Utilise CRM System (Goldvision) - Update Goldvision of order progress to completion.

* Monitor stock levels using internal stock system and inform accounts when levels are low.

* Manage and maintain the approved supplier list ensuring required checks are carried out.

* Create and send CPD certificates to all CPD Seminar attendees.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is required

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

* Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
