Due to growth, my client is looking for a CNC Service Desk Technician to join their skilled team. The company are a highly respected global manufacturer of specialist CNC machinery, and they are able to provide a genuine platform for growth and development.

The successful candidate will provide first-line support to customers and field-based engineers, which could range from assisting with software queries, through to troubleshooting urgent mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic breakdowns. The role offers great work-life balance hours and an excellent benefits package, including a yearly 10% bonus, with opportunity for training and progression among the rapidly growing team.

The Role:
* CNC Service Engineer - Desk based
* First-line support for customers and field-based engineers
* Trouble shooting electrical, pneumatic, software, and mechanical breakdowns
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

The Candidate:
* Experience working with CNC, woodworking machinery, or automated robotic machinery
* Experience in a service or maintenance engineer position
* Looking for an office-based role
* Commutable to Daventry
