About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Effectiveness Specialist to join a leading global data analytics business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys translating strategy into measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS, social, paid, and CRM channels.

  • Work with marketing, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.

  • Monitor and measure campaign and platform performance, providing actionable insights.

  • Support adoption of new marketing technology platforms, including CDPs and automation tools.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardise processes and improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Translate strategy into practical execution while managing competing priorities.

Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, or Product Marketing roles.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across global teams.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, social/paid platforms, or data platforms.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.

  • Industry-agnostic; able to apply marketing effectiveness principles across diverse sectors.

  • Highly organised, strategic, and execution-focused.

What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work in a globally recognised, innovative data analytics company.

  • Exposure to multiple marketing platforms and customer touchpoints.

  • Flexible working arrangements (2 days per week in London).

  • Experience implementing large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
