We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operation within a fast-paced logistics environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and solid experience in warehouse systems, ideally SAP or a similar WMS.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of up to 30 pickers and packers across daily operations.
• Manage all day-to-day warehouse activity including planning, rostering, and resource allocation.
• Conduct return-to-work interviews, manage disciplinary procedures, and lead one-to-one meetings.
• Act as the go-to point for resolving operational and colleague issues, with confidence to handle difficult conversations.
• Drive productivity and performance in a time-critical, customer-focused environment.
• Ensure high standards of H&S, accuracy, and efficiency are met at all times.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP or a comparable Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy logistics or distribution setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to manage performance, including challenging conversations, where required.
