We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG/MIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and steel. The primary focus of this role will be fabricating small, hand-held parts, requiring keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

* Utilize TIG/MIG welding techniques to fabricate small, hand-held parts with precision

* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

* Inspect and ensure the quality of welded components

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

* Proven experience in TIG/MIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and steel

* Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

* Attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work

* Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices

* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Day-to-day

* Collaborating with team members to plan and execute welding/fabrication projects

* Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements

* Setting up welding equipment and selecting appropriate materials for each project

* Welding and fabricating small, hand-held parts with precision and attention to detail

* Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
