What You'll Be Doing

*

Deliver engaging, practical Food Technology lessons across KS3-KS4 (KS5 opportunities for development)

*

Inspire students through hands-on cookery, nutrition education, and real-life food projects

*

Contribute to a dynamic DT team, collaborating on cross-curricular activities and STEM events

*

Support student achievement with targeted interventions and personalised learning plans

*

Promote safety, hygiene, and sustainability throughout all practical sessions

What We're Looking For

*

A Food Technology ECT (or trainee completing QTS this academic year)

*

Strong subject knowledge in nutrition, catering, and food preparation

*

Excellent classroom management and a passion for inclusive, hands-on learning

*

A team player excited to contribute to a whole-school ethos of wellbeing and healthy lifestyles

*

Someone who can bring creative ideas to clubs, food competitions, and community events
