Partnership Development Manager

Neurological Services, The Bridge Care Centre, Middlesbrough

The marketing and communications department is a busy department that works to promote, support and build relationships with a range of stakeholders in the NHS and private sector that refer to Elysium Healthcare The majority of our marketing activity is B2B (to the NHS).

The Partnership Development role will report to the Business Development Director (Neurological) and be accountable to the Director of Marketing but team work at a local level with the Care Centre Director and Operations Director is essential.

The key function of the role is to develop relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their needs and linking them with appropriate services and teams within the Care Centre. This role will also be responsible for the marketing to support the services. This post sits within a team of Partnership Development Managers which cover the entire Elysium portfolio.

Job responsibilities

To be the go to person in Marketing for all neurological services for The Bridge Care Centre.
To build a strong working relationship with the Care Centre Director and Clinical Team to understand the services and support service development through appropriate marketing.
To build relationships with key stakeholders in all appropriate sectors, assess their needs and link them to the Elysium services and clinical teams.
To liaise with the relevant Referrals Manager in relation to converting placement enquiries received.
To write e-shots and mailshot letters to help keep stakeholders up to date with developments at the care centre and to maintain the service's visibility.
To ensure that the Social Media Executive is kept abreast of appropriate events for posting.
To ensure that the flyers for the services are kept up to date in consultation with the Marketing Director.
To develop new flyers for the services dependent on need.
To develop and maintain copy for the Elysium neurological website.
To front all service enquiries coming into the site and pass on as appropriate.
To maintain records for all contacts on the company CRM system.
To identify and attend conferences and exhibitions with stands to promote the services of the Care Centre.
To take on additional task as requested by the Business Development Director (Neurological) or Marketing Director.

Required previous experience/ qualifications:

Experience of working with the Relationship Marketing Model
Ideally to hold a marketing qualification but not essential
Experience in healthcare sector and awareness / knowledge of neurological services (2 years minimum)
Excellent customer service skills
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
Ability to draft copy
