District Sales Manager


This is a rare opportunity that offers extremely fast-track growth potential within a national merchant services organization. This is a management position that will be responsible for growing and leading a successful sales team for a national office. The candidate will be a hungry, self-motivated hard worker.

You will spend your first 90 days completing the fun, yet challenging District Manager Boot Camp at the company headquarters in Atlanta! This will a great opportunity to learn every aspect of the business and to get to know your team. Then, you will be transferred to your branch in one the new locations (Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Louisville, or Memphis).

There is a base pay of $50,000 plus incentives and full benefits once training is complete. (Total comp will be around six figures.)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead outside sales professionals in B2B sales
  • Keep the team current on techniques, regulations, and industry knowledge
  • Understand partnership goals and how to leverage them toward sales goals
  • Attain sales goals in your assigned territory
  • Promote teamwork and building strong collaborative relationships with third party vendors and business partners


  • 2 to 5 years experience in Outside Sales and networking
  • 1 to 3 years experience in Sales Management
  • Experience in recruiting and training successful sales individuals
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Experience in Vendor Management and Client Retention are a huge plus
