Our Client, Nottinghamshire County, is seeking an Adults' Social Worker to join their Older Adults Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• We a relatively small team of 12, this is a mixture of SW's, OT's and Community care officers.

• We cover the Sutton in Ashfield Area working with older adults. We offer the option to work from home part of the week with the expectation that 2/3 days will be based in the office or in the community on visits. 

• Looking preferably for someone that is used to the Mosaic computer system and the work will be predominantly S.42's, safeguarding work. 

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience.
