Compensation: 45-60K a year negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following;
Prepares a daily schedule and coordinates efficient service calls by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak service times and alternate routes.
Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
Applies knowledge of service area(s) to dispatch sufficient coverage and knowledge of service vehicle operation capacity to ensure service schedules are met.
Geographical knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills.
Applies knowledge of all driver schedules as well as subordinates' skills and abilities for dispatched duties.
Keep track of service technicians whereabouts
Understands, interprets and ensures adherence to applicable DOT regulations.
Operates the dispatch board according to procedures and backs up the computer system as required.
Participates in training to help boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders
Record results of each service call using excel scoreboard. Report service performance to managers
Communicate and coordinate with various departments
Answers multi-line telephone and maintains a professional office environment and professional relations with customers and other employees.
Informs customer of their service status according to work load schedule.
Resolves operational and service problems that require immediate attention.
Equipment / Parts ordering and tracking
Customer follow-up regarding proposed jobs and or jobs in progress updates
Performs various clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, answering phones and filing. Supports team members in all aspects of office duties.
Must possess the ability to work without supervision, exercise discretion, apply common sense, and make competent decisions
Must be able to thrive and perform under stressful situations. Maintains oneself with professionalism at all times.
Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including days, nights and weekends
Applicants must have reliable transportation, a stable work history, and a strong desire to succeed.
Pre-employment background check, (No criminal history) and drug screening are conditions of employment.
2+ years of dispatching experience a plus / Industry experience would be great!
Sales experience a plus
High School Diploma - College degree preferred
