Pediatric Nurse - Home Care (Horsham)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (with weekend availability)

About the Role: We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric care to support children with complex medical needs in their own homes. You will oversee clinical care, train support staff, and ensure high standards of child-focused, family-centered nursing support.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review personalised pediatric care plans
Provide direct nursing care in home settings
Train and support care staff working with children
Work closely with families and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of careRequirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (Child Branch or with pediatric experience)
Experience in pediatric complex care (e.g. LD, Autism, neurological conditions)
Driving licence (preferred)Commutable from: Crawley, Brighton, Worthing, Guildford, Redhill, Haywards Heath, and surrounding areas.
