Senior Showroom Manager – White Goods – Hackney - £35-37KAre you an experience Showroom Sales Manager with expertise in selling White Goods? Our independently run client are looking for a new Showroom Manager to join their Hackney store to lead their showroom operations and contribute to the continued success of the company.You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the showroom, leading by example and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will be leading a small team, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.This is a Monday – Friday role, with the occasional need for Saturday cover.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth customer journey.
• Supervise, support, and manage showroom staff, including scheduling, training, and monitoring performance.
• Oversee team workflow and ensure all staff are completing their tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide expert advice on our full range of domestic appliances, guiding customers through their purchasing decisions.
• Maintain high standards of product presentation, merchandising, and stock control.

SKILS REQUIRED

• Proven experience in a showroom, retail, or sales leadership role (ideally within the domestic appliance or home improvement sector).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident in driving sales and meeting targets.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
