Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £49,043

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

A large industrial manufacturing business is currently recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join their established engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment supporting the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment.

The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site
• Provide first line breakdown support to minimise production downtime
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Assist with engineering reporting and fault analysis
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety and environmental standards
• Support the development of apprentices and junior team members

The Candidate

• Proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of electrical systems and plant equipment
• Able to work effectively within a shift-based engineering team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
