Recruit4staff are representing a leading packaging manufacturer business in their search for a Machine Operative to work in Redhill

Job Details:

Pay: £29,640 - £39,520 (DOE)
Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM (Nights)
Duration: Permanent
Benefits: Uniform & PPE provided, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Job Role: As a Machine Operative, you will support the Cut and Crease Minders in all aspects of cut and crease operations. You will be responsible for setting up and running Bobst or similar finishing machinery, ensuring all cartons meet the highest quality standards. The role includes regular machine maintenance, quality checks, and housekeeping duties while maintaining production efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience with Cut & Crease (Print & Packaging)
Familiarity with high-end packaging production environments
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

Experience using a Bobst machine
Knowledge of embossing and de-bossing processes
Additional Information

Uniform and PPE provided
Night shift position, Monday to Thursday only
