Cover Receptionist Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting opportunity for an cover receptionist in Newcastle. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking receptionist to join their team, with an immediate start. This is initially a cover role for 1-2 weeks.

Monday to Friday

11am - 7pm

Daily responsibilities will include:

Welcome Visitors.
To provide effective and efficient administrative support
Identify requirements
Liaising with customers/clients face to face and on the phone.
To work along side the admin team to provide support.
Updating calendar and schedule meetings.
Ensure cleanliness.Requirements for the role
