Business Development Executive
📍 Hybrid - 2 days/week in Bristol | 🕒 Full-Time

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping organisations grow through impactful training and development? We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach within the early years education sector.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Drive new business by connecting with key decision-makers in early years settings.

Identify opportunities for apprenticeship recruitment and support employers in fulfilling their training goals.

Build lasting client relationships, turning one-off customers into long-term partners while cross-selling our full suite of training programmes.

Develop and maintain a database of local authority contacts, managing procurement windows to secure access to regional funding.

Represent the organisation at industry-specific networking events and forums in your region.

Conduct quarterly market research to track trends, monitor competitors, and uncover new opportunities.

Keep an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and deliver monthly forecasts.

👤 What We're Looking For:

A confident and persuasive communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written communication skills - you're able to craft compelling, professional proposals.

Proven experience of consistently achieving or surpassing sales KPIs.

Highly driven, ambitious, and resilient - motivated by targets and long-term career development.

Experience or understanding of apprenticeships and/or early years education is beneficial, but not essential.
