Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Salary: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a well-respected secondary school in Wellingborogh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone considering a career in education or seeking flexible school-based work.

The Role:

Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher

Ensure students remain on task and follow the set work

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

Support the wider school community when required

About You:

Confident, proactive, and able to manage a classroom environment

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Adaptable and calm under pressure

Previous experience working with young people is desirable (e.g., in schools, tutoring, youth work or sports coaching)

Degree holders and aspiring teachers are strongly encouraged to apply
